We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return and exchange options:
Returns
Customers can return their product within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition, packaging, unopened, unused, or defective.
Exchanges
If the product is found faulty or damaged, a free replacement is available within 14 days of delivery.
After 15-30 days, exchanges will incur a 15% deduction if the product is in its original condition.
After 30 days, exchanges will be subject to a minimum 25% deduction, or more depending on the product's condition (worn or damaged items may incur higher charges).
NOTE: Refund or Return is applicable with respect to receiving of complete package with all the accessories (including proper and original packaging)
1 Year Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products! We offer a 1 Year warranty, meaning if anything happens to your product due to manufacturing defects, we will repair it for free. It does not cover damage from misuse, drops, or water.
For any return, exchange, or warranty-related queries, please contact our support team.
Customer will courier it back to our warehouse on their expense (address will be provided by the team), once received our team will analyze the package/product and due process will be initiated and may get done in 3 business days.
